Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, including if you simply changed your mind. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@emmaparkerjewelry.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Our support team will reply within 24 hours with the return address (in the United States) and instructions. The return address is provided by our support team; please do not send items back to our contact address or to the ship-from location.
  3. Ship the item back by mail using a trackable service of your choice.

Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For a small jewelry package (around 4 oz) sent within the US, this typically costs about US $8–$15, depending on the carrier, service and distance (for example, USPS Ground Advantage retail rates in 2026 start at $8.40). We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. In that case you do not pay any return shipping, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

International orders: returns go to the same US return address. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are usually higher than domestic rates.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to show it. Original shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing or calling us; you will receive a full refund. After that, the order may already be in processing. You can still return it after delivery under this policy.
