Refund Policy

Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and in original packaging where possible.

To start a return, email support@emmaparkerjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
