These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of emmaparkerjewelry.com and to any purchase from Emma Parker Jewelry ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Products

We sell fashion jewelry. Product descriptions state the materials and finishes we can confirm, such as alloy or gold-tone. Unless a product page says otherwise, our jewelry is not solid gold, sterling silver or set with precious gemstones. Colors and sizes may appear slightly different on your screen. Product photos are for illustration.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We may correct obvious pricing or typographical errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud or an item being unavailable), in which case we will refund you in full. You can cancel within 1 hour of ordering.

4. Shipping, delays, returns

Shipping, delays and lost packages are covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on this site (text, images, logos) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory protections under the law of your place of residence.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
